Note on the Publication of Photos and Videos according to the Art Copyright Act

By entering and staying, the camping guest generally agrees that photos and videos taken of them and their family during this stay may be stored, processed, and published by Hetzingen Campsite. Personalization by stating the full name will not occur (at most, the first name).

The images and videos may be used for the following purposes:

Publication on campingplatz-hetzingen.de
Publication on social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
Display in the Hetzingen Campsite newsletter
Press work

The guest is aware that they will not receive any remuneration for the publication.
They can withdraw or restrict their consent to the publication and use of photos and videos of themselves and their family members at any time. Otherwise, this consent is valid indefinitely, tacitly granted by entering and staying at the campsite, and conditionally ineffective (= valid until a written revocation is received).
